Shipping Questions


• How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

Orders placed at Big Discount Fragrances before 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped that same day or within 1 business day, except where noted otherwise. This estimate is based on several factors including availability of materials and volume of orders placed.

When selecting a shipping option, please keep in mind that the time estimate for delivery is based on the date your order is shipped, not on the date your order is received (e.g. Orders placed on Friday after the 2:00 PM cut-off, will not ship until Monday). The day that the order is shipped DOES NOT count as a transit day. We do not process/ship orders on weekends or select holidays.

We are not responsible for delays in the shipment of your order if the billing/shipping information is not correct or if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address.

If needed, we will contact you via phone or email to verify your order within 24 hours. Please be sure to leave a valid daytime phone number.

If we try to contact you by phone and the number is invalid, it could result in the cancellation of your order.

• Do you ship internationally?

No. Big Discount Fragrances does not currently offer international shipping for several reasons. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  • USA Standard Shipping: $5.95 (3-7 Business days) FLAT RATE
  • USPS Priority Mail: $8.95 (7-10 Business days) + $2.75 per additional item (Only available for select destinations)
