Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to the BigDiscountFragrances.com wholesale division. I have been a wholesaler in the perfume industry for over 30 years. I'm one of, well let me correct myself, since the other one was my father, that would make me the first discount perfume wholesaler. After selling the major internet retailers on the internet, I decided to develop my own site.
Now we have developed the beginning of the wholesale division of BigDiscountFragrances.com. I want to bring to you my knowledge of the business (and of course the prices) so you too can make money in the perfume business.
The site is still new, so your feedback would be greatly appreciated to make changes that best meet your needs and make it an easy experience for you and myself.
If you are having trouble with the site, here are some answers to common problems:
- Where to login?: You can log in through the retail site by clicking on wholesale link at the bottom, then click wholesale sign in. To go directly to the sign in page, here is the link: http://www.bigdiscountfragrances.com/wholesale_login.php
- Login & Password Problems: Make sure when you enter your member name and password you enter it exactly as when you registered. This information is case sensitive. That means that when you registered if you used lower case or upper case letters, you must use the same. This is for your protection. If you forgot try it both ways or request your password under the sign in page.
- Where do I see my prices?: Once your are in, the site works the same as the retail site but all the prices are automatically changed to reflect wholesale pricing.
- Where do I find "Specials"?: Make sure you go to the Clearance section to find the most discounted products. These are the items I have the most quantities of and are the ones with the most discounted prices. This section is always changing, so check it often.
- I want a better price for a bulk order: If you are interested in quantity discounts or items not listed in the clearance section, you need to email your requests at wholesale@bigdiscountfragrances.com
- I don't want to pay with a credit card: If you need to pay for your order other than with a credit card, you need to send the order by email to wholesale@bigdiscountfragrances.com or fax the order to 954-426-3011. Make sure you put who you are on the faxes or emails.
- You can place your order and put your items into the shopping cart and print the order and fax it to us.
- Can I download a product list?: At the top of the website there is a "download product list" button. You can download the list on a .csv file and open it in Microsoft Excel. The list is organized just like the website. You can place your order on the list and then email it to us.
