Return Policy
Big Discount Fragrances accepts returns for most of its products (sorry, no returns on skin care items, hair care items or vials). Any customer who wants to return a product once it’s been delivered must first obtain an RMA number. Please call our customer service department at 1-866-948-4723 for information on returns.
- You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund minus the original shipping fee.
- We require any returned items to be unused and in their original packaging (includes cellophane wrapping). A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any open products returned.
- All skincare and hair care products are not returnable due to hygienic reasons, so please make an informed and knowledgeable decision before purchasing. We offer free vials with each order as a gift - these vials are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- You must use a traceable carrier in order to return products. The customer will be solely responsible for lost merchandise which was returned using other methods.
- If returning an item for any other reason besides that the product was incorrect or damaged, you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or rejected shipments. In the event that you receive the wrong item because of an error on our part, our customer service team will send you a UPS packing slip via email which can be used to return the item(s) at no cost. You'll need to contact customer support to receive an RMA number prior to returning your item.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours. You must keep all contents and packaging for up to 10 business days. All damage claims against the shipping carrier will be filed by us. A replacement product will be shipped out immediately after we’re notified of the incident.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please call our customer service department at 1-866-948-4723. We strive to be as accommodating and as flexible as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

- UPS Ground Shipping: $5.95 (3-7 Business days) FLAT RATE
- UPS 3-day Shipping: $12.95 (3 Business days) + $1.00 per additional item
- UPS 2-day Shipping: $20.95 (2 Business days) + $2.00 per additional item
- USPS Priority Mail: $8.95 (7-10 Business days) (Only available for select destinations)
P.O. Box Shipments
Our primary postal carrier, UPS, will not ship to a P.O. Box address. Please know that if you choose to ship to a P.O. Box, there will be delays in processing your order.
International Shipments
We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Delivery Time
Orders placed at Big Discount Fragrances before 2 p.m. EST are typically shipped that same day or within 1 business day, except where noted otherwise. This estimate is based on several factors including availability of materials and volume of orders placed. When selecting a shipping option, please keep in mind that the time estimate for delivery is based on the date your order is shipped, not on the date your order is received (e.g. Orders placed on Friday after the 2 PM cut-off, will not ship until Monday). The day that the order is shipped DOES NOT count as a transit day. We do not process/ship orders on weekends or select holidays.

Confirmation
When you place an order at Big Discount Fragrances, a receipt for your order will be sent to the email address that you used to create your membership. You can change your contact email at any time by visiting the My Account area. For information about your order, including tracking, please contact our shipping department or visit the My Orders section of the My Account area.

The FREE Big Discount Fragrances Membership Program is designed to deliver savings on products we sell. By registering and purchasing from Big Discount, you get the opportunity to earn a discount of up to 10% off! Membership levels include Normal Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Membership levels offer a percentage off eligible, regularly-priced items.
How do you get to the next Membership level? Membership levels are automatically upgraded when you shop at Big Discount Fragrances. The more you purchase with Big Discount Fragrances, the higher your Membership level will go. You will be notified via email whenever your Membership level changes. Each new Membership level earns you deeper savings off of Big Discount Fragrances products and also exclusive access to special giveaways, coupons and special promotions. The BigPoints™ program is one of Big Discount's newest and most unique features. BigPoints™ are discount credits (equal to $1) that are automatically applied to purchases of Big Discount products. BigPoints™ can be earned in a number of ways including:
- Friend Referrals - You can earn BigPoints™ by entering the Big Discount member name or full name of a friend during the checkout process. Your friend must already be a Big Discount Member.
- Special offers - From time to time, Big Discount will create special offers that allow our customers to earn BigPoints. These offers are advertised on the Big Discount home page or via special email contact from Big Discount.
To view your current BigPoints™ at any time, sign in to the Big Discount My Account Area. The amount of BigPoints™ shown is the discount that will be automatically applied to the very next order you place with Big Discount.
- Certain products are exempt from BigPoints™ discounts. Products that are exempt from BigPoints™ discounts are clearly marked in your cart.
- The maximum amount of BigPoints™ you can earn toward a single purchase on Big Discount by referring friends is $20.
- With each Big Discount purchase, any and all BigPoints™ you have accumulated will automatically be applied during the checkout process.

Coupons/Discount Codes
Big Discount Fragrances periodically advertises special coupon/discount offers.
- Coupon Discounts are applied at order subtotal level – before tax and shipping charges.
- Any existing BigPoints credits are ignored if a coupon code is entered and valid – if a coupon code is entered and found to be invalid, any existing BigPoints will be applied instead.
- Coupons have an expiration date, after which they are no longer valid.
Coupons must pass 5 criteria in order to be validated and used:
- Coupon code A valid coupon code must be entered in the available field on step 3 of the checkout process (the credit card page).
- Expiration date Coupons have an expiration date. After expiration date, the coupon will not work.
- Eligible products A coupon may be applied to whole order (before tax and shipping charges) or to individual item or items. If the coupon is for specific products, you must purchase one or more of the eligible products in order to use the coupon.
- Order Minimum The Big Discount Fragrances order minimum is enforced. If the coupon discount would reduce the amount of the order to below its minimum amount, the coupon will not be valid.
- Used Coupons may only be used once.
A detailed error message is displayed on the order review screen and order confirmation email if you entered a coupon and it is found to be invalid.
Money-Back Guarantee
Big Discount Fragrances's Money-Back Guarantee is very simple: if you don't like your item for any reason, return it within 30 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund for the order total. Our commitment is to your total satisfaction, period.
