Testers are made by the perfume manufacturer to allow customers to "try on" a fragrance before purchasing. BigDiscountFragrances.com buys unused testers directly from the manufacturer - with the entire original quantity in the container.

Testers are the real product without the fancy packaging. The testers we sell here at BigDiscountFragrances.com are direct from the manufacturer and never used. Buying testers is a great way to save money on fragrance. Not all brands offer testers for purchase.

Tester fragrances are packaged and sold in one of these four ways:

  1. Boxed with a cap
  2. Boxed without a cap
  3. Unboxed with a cap
  4. Unboxed without a cap

• How can I add, modify or cancel my existing order?

We use an automated system, so once an order has been placed, the customer cannot change it. Changes or cancellations must be requested by contacting our customer service center by phone or email during normal business hours and within 1 hour of submitting the order. Changes or cancellations requested after normal operating hours must be submitted within 8 hours of order placement.

Please Note: Once your order has left our shipping facility, it cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for shipping fees if you should decide to return the product.

We cannot accommodate changes or additions to orders during the holiday season.

• Can my order be delivered to a post office box?

No, UPS will not deliver packages to post office boxes. You must provide a physical street address to receive your product. Using a P.O. Box address in your shipping information may cause delays in your order and additional shipping and delivery charges.

• Once the order has left BigDiscountFragrances.com, who is responsible for delivery?

Once the order has left our shipping facility, it is up to the carrier (UPS or USPS) to deliver the package. We will seek recourse on your behalf for packages that are lost or damaged and we will replace damaged or missing products.

• Do you charge tax on your orders?

We collect 6% tax on orders shipped within or to the state of Florida.

• What if my order arrives damaged?

If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Keep all contents and packaging for 10 business days. Failure to do so will result in the non-payment of your claim. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us on your behalf.

• May I pay for my order by check or money order? What payment types do you accept?

At this time we only accept credit card payments. No checks or money orders are accepted. Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

• What is the "Alert Me" Feature?

Big Discount Fragrances has employed several new features in our recent site-wide upgrade. One of these new features is an automated notification system that instantly notifies the customer when a selected product is in stock. In order to participate in this feature, you must select the "Alert Me" button next to any out-of-stock item. You'll then be entered into a queue of waiting customers - whenever the stock level gets replenished, the equivalent number of customers waiting will receive a notification to buy the product...it's that simple.
