Victoria Secret was started by Roy Raymond in 1977 after he attempted to purchase lingerie for his wife. He felt embarrassed trying to buy lingerie and wanted to open a store where men felt comfortable. In 1982 Victoria's Secret was bought by The Limited and the company expanded worldwide. As Victoria's Secret grew they expanded and launched PINK. PINK is geared towards the college undergraduates with a design house consisting of loungewear, sleepwear and intimate apparel.
Victoria's Secret went on to launch several perfumes including Very Sexy and Very Sexy 2. Very Sexy perfume contains a blend of clementine and cactus flower. Very Sexy 2 is available for women and for men. The Very Sexy 2 perfume for women contains a blend of tangerine, pink lime and bergamont leaves. Following this Victoria's Secret launched The Dream Angels line of perfumes. It became an instant success and was geared towards a younger hipper generation.
Most recently, Victoria's Secret launched a limited edition perfume called Pink Beach. The fragrance was inspired by ?every PINK girl's favorite vacation destination.? The perfume contains a blend of kiwi, melon and raspberry. The perfume comes in a beach-towel type bag that is sure to make you feel like you are heading to the beach.
